By booking services with Sound Wav Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once a deposit (if required) or full payment is received as per our agreed arrangement.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due at the start of each session unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfers.
• Deposits: For larger projects or block bookings, a deposit of 25% may be required to secure your session.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a £10 cancellation fee.

2. Studio Rules

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you’re late, this will affect your session time, and no extra time will be added unless arranged in advance.
• Guests: For comfort, we recommend a maximum of 4 people in total (including the artist). Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring additional guests.
• Equipment Care: You are responsible for any damages to studio equipment caused by negligence or misuse during your session.

3. Use of Materials

• Rights to Recordings: All recordings remain the property of Sound Wav Studios until full payment is received. Once paid, you retain full rights to your recorded material.
• Archiving: Archiving of recorded material is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged. Please back up your files as needed.
• Publicity: With your consent, we may use promotional snippets from your session for marketing, including on our website and social media.

4. Liability

• Personal Belongings: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items or equipment brought into the studio.
• Health & Safety: Please adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Sound Wav Studios is not liable for any injury resulting from non-compliance with studio rules.

5. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Confidentiality

• Client Information: Your privacy is important to us. Any personal or project information shared will be kept confidential and used only for business purposes.

7. Session Files & Deliverables

• Deliverables: Final mixes or mastered tracks will be delivered in the format agreed upon during booking (e.g., WAV, MP3).
• File Retention: Project files will be stored for 28 days after your session, after which they may be deleted unless additional arrangements are made.
